By trade, I hold an MBA and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Yes, I have the pieces of paper, but that’s not what defines me. My real passion lies in helping people discover the strengths they didn’t even know they had. I’ve spent most of my career in the healthcare field, not just leading, but nurturing future leaders — because I believe titles fade, but impact lasts.
For me, leadership isn’t about hierarchy. It’s about heart. It’s about empowering people, tapping into what fuels them, and turning potential into performance. That moment when someone sees in themselves what I’ve seen all along? That’s what sets my soul on fire.
Outside of the professional world, I’m a curious spirit with a love for life’s simple and adventurous joys — from journaling and dancing to gardening and gemstone hunting in shadowy caves. I’m also a proud mom to two amazing young adults, wife to my favorite person, and dog mom to five adorable furballs.
